Squishy Slicer is a general-audience game. Play starts with a silently created anonymous account. Sign in with Apple is optional and links that account for recovery. Squishy Slicer requests only the Apple account identity needed for that link, not the account's name or email.
Data the game uses
We store gameplay progress, unlocks, coin transactions, settings, Arcade scores, Dojo stars, a player-chosen leaderboard name, and a curated squishy avatar. Public names are limited to 2–14 letters, numbers, spaces, underscores, or hyphens; they are checked for blocked language and must be unique. The game has no biography, chat, social posts, media uploads, microphone access, precise location, contacts, photos, or messages.
Firebase
Google Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, and App Check provide cloud save, a server-authoritative wallet, verified rewards and purchases, leaderboards, diagnostics, analytics, and fraud prevention. These services may process an account or installation identifier, IP-derived general region, app/device information, product interactions, gameplay information, crash data, and performance data. Analytics events contain no email, free text, or precise location.
Ads
Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform deliver contextual, non-personalized, PG-rated interstitial and rewarded ads. There are no banners and the app does not request Apple tracking permission. Google may process IP address, app- or device-bounded identifiers, viewed ads, interactions, reward completion, diagnostics, consent status, and fraud signals. Privacy choices are available in Settings when required.
Purchases
Apple handles payment. The game receives signed StoreKit transaction and product information to grant each purchase once, restore Ultimate Collection, and remember that a verified purchase removes forced ads. We never receive payment-card details or an Apple Account password.
Leaderboards
Weekly and all-time Arcade boards show only the player's chosen name, curated squishy avatar, score, and rank. Names are format-checked, profanity-filtered, and are not included in Analytics events. Leaderboards determine no prizes in version 1.0. Inappropriate names can be reported through Support.
Retention and deletion
Cloud gameplay records remain while the player exists. Security and transaction records may be retained as reasonably necessary for duplicate prevention, delayed App Store transaction delivery, legal compliance, and purchase disputes. After player deletion, retained StoreKit transaction identifiers and opaque delivery hashes are not linked to the deleted player’s name, profile, or Firebase user ID. The in-app deletion action and our deletion instructions begin removing the Firebase player profile and cloud progress as soon as the player confirms, without requiring Apple reauthentication. If connectivity is interrupted, the saved deletion transition resumes after reconnection. If Sign in with Apple was linked, its permission can also be removed separately in Apple Account settings; that optional Apple step never blocks deletion. Unspent consumable coins cannot be restored after deletion; StoreKit-restorable Ultimate Collection remains restorable under Apple’s rules.
Third-party data protection
Squishy Slicer shares data only with the service providers described in this policy, and only for the purposes described above. Squishy Slicer confirms that every third party receiving user data from the app is required to provide the same or equal protection of that data as stated in this policy and as required by applicable law and platform rules.
